I like this app, it's clean, user friendly and I like the articles and meal planning options, nice touch! As is the meal and water tracking. Only thing I'm not sure about is that I'm pretty sure the nutritional meal "guestimation" is not very accurate by probably 200/300 calories! Also, if you could make a widget, that would be awesome! Other than that, really like it, thanks 😊

Misleading dialogue. The expectation to pay 90 bucks for texts is diabolical. I will take my money and use it as I have the last few months-losing 20lbs, eating Mediterranean, moderate exercise, and self care for mental health. I have used better apps than this for less.

Really good but seems to be a few bugs that stop the timer being loaded meaning I can't stop my fast and log it which defeats a big part of the point of the app
